Quotes & Pricing

Quotes provided through our website, phone, or WhatsApp are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted following an on-site inspection if the actual scope of work differs from what was initially described. We will always confirm final pricing with you before proceeding with any work beyond an initial emergency containment or inspection.

Booking & Cancellations

Appointments booked through our website, phone, or WhatsApp are subject to technician availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us as early as possible so we can accommodate other customers.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer.

Workmanship Warranty

Services completed by Pearl Essence Interiors are covered by our workmanship warranty. If an issue arises directly related to our workmanship within the warranty period, we will address it at no additional labor cost. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party interference, normal wear and tear, or pre-existing conditions unrelated to the work performed.

Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure reasonable access to the work area for our technicians
• Inform us of any known hazards or special conditions at the property

Limitation of Liability
